对于容易心慌、肢冷、畏寒、失眠等阴寒体质的人群,日常不妨试试温阳补心的方法,有助预防心病。
For people with yin cold constitution, such as easily flustered, cold limbs, chills, insomnia, etc., we might as well try the method of warming yang and tonifying heart every day to help prevent heart disease.
温振心阳:若阳虚阴寒引发缓慢型心律失常,可在医生指导下加减使用麻黄附子细辛汤,有助温振心阳,其中附子回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛,配合麻黄、细辛温经散寒、宣通阳气,可增强附子温阳的效果。
