早上吃蛋白质,中午补纤维素吗

从营养学角度讲,健康不仅与营养素“吃多少”(量)有关,而且“何时吃”(时间)也有讲究。近期,日本早稻田大学尖端生命医学中心研究小组在《营养前沿》杂志发表的学术论文报告,早餐多吃蛋白质,午餐多吃纤维素,对降低血压、保持血压平稳十分有利。

The study did not find a significant relationship between carbohydrate intake (including snacks) and alcohol consumption of three meals a day and blood pressure.

研究人员认为,上述研究从时间营养学的角度,阐述了营养素摄取时间对血压的影响,并为合理摄取提供了依据。通过改变钠和钾等特定营养素的摄取时间,将有助控制好高血压。
